Davis is a wall with a scoring touch. Look at the spine of his card: 5 blocks, 5 rebounds, a 5 on Guard, 5 power. Nothing gets to the rim cheap, nothing comes off the glass without a fight, and at 6’10“ with 4 speed he can switch out and stay attached to smaller players instead of getting hunted. Then he turns and scores it — 5 twos, 5 dunks, and 4 passes so he’s not a black hole when the double comes. The trade is on the perimeter: 3 from deep and 3 handles mean he’s not the one breaking a man down off the bounce. Park him inside and let the offense come to him.

In the Zone: Paint Patrol. Built for exactly this kind of big. It bumps his already-5 block rating, juices his chance to posterize anyone who challenges the rim, and stretches a downed opponent’s knockdown to 1.5x — so every poster he hangs takes a defender out of the play that much longer. Plant him in the lane before you fire it and dare the other team to drive into the no-fly zone.

Run him with a quick perimeter creator who pushes pace and bends the defense — a fast guard can gamble up top knowing AD erases the mistake behind them. Give him a handler who throws lobs and AD cleans the glass, finishes inside, and locks the paint while they cook.
