Bam’s whole game is taking your best matchup away. A 5 on guard with 5 power and 5 stamina means he stays in front of a quick guard, bodies a driver off his spot, and never tires of doing it — switch him onto anyone and the possession stalls. The offense holds up its end too: 5 twos and maxed dunks make him a finisher inside, and the 4 handles and 4 passes let him put it on the floor and dish out of the short roll instead of just standing under the rim. The hole is the same one his card shows everywhere — a 3 from deep. He won’t stretch a defense, so you build the floor around him, not through him.

In the Zone: Lock Down. His signature lifts the whole defensive kit at once — Steals, Blocks, Shove and Guard all jump for the length of the Zone. There’s no part of the matchup you have to concede: drive on him and the shove holds, pull up and the contest tightens, attack the rim and the block is waiting. Put him on the other team’s go-to scorer, play up the floor, and erase their possession.

Run him with a shooter to fix the spacing he can’t give you himself, and a steal-hunter who can gamble up top knowing Bam is anchoring everything behind them. Curry is the cleanest spacing fit — Bam’s defense covers the ground a non-stopper leaves open, and Curry’s gravity pulls the paint clear for Bam to roll and finish.
