Tyrese Haliburton
A pass-first engine who makes every teammate dangerous.

- +Reliable pull-up and spot-up shooting
- +Controls tempo and orchestrates offense
Weaknesses
- –Pass-first instincts over self-creation
- –Average defensive disruption
Haliburton is the connector — the guy who makes the other two on your squad look like all-stars. Maxed passes, maxed handles, and a 5 from three with 5 twos means he can run the show and punish you the second you sag off. Stamina’s maxed too, so he never stops pushing pace. He won’t bully anybody (3 power, 2 boards), and he’s a 4 on guard with 3 steals — fine, not a stopper — but you don’t draft Haliburton to lock people up. You draft him to keep the ball humming and the buckets falling.
In the Zone: Dropping Dimes. Pop it and his passes and speed climb — but the real prize lands on whoever catches the feed: any teammate who scores off his dish does it with a boost to their Shots rating. Don’t hunt your own look while it’s live. Whip the extra pass, let the finisher cash it. The advantage travels down the chain, and a quick dish before the shot is worth more than the first open jumper.
Run him with a knockdown shooter — a Deep Threat wing on the catch-and-go is the dream, because the dish itself makes their deep ball easier. Add a rim-runner who finishes on the move and Haliburton’s vision turns both of them into easy points. Just bring your own defense; he’s here to create, not to guard.
