Booker is a bucket from every level, and the card backs it up: 5 from two, 5 from three, maxed handles to get into either one. He’s the rare guard who’s a real threat pulling up off the dribble and spotting up behind the line — there’s no spot on the floor where you can sag off him. Add 5 stamina and he’s firing all game without the percentage dropping. It’s a guard’s sheet, not a finisher’s: 3 dunks, 2 steals, 2 blocks, 2 boards. So he scores, he doesn’t anchor — keep his job on the ball and let someone else clean the glass and protect the rim.
What rounds him out is the 4 on guard and 4 speed. He can hang on a switch and keep up in transition, so you’re not hiding him; he just won’t be the one swallowing the other team’s best scorer. Lean on the shot-making and the spacing it forces.
In the Zone: Deep Threat. Pop it and his deep pull-ups stop caring about the contest — the ability cuts both the distance and the guard penalty, so a hand in his face barely moves the make. With handles already maxed, he can dribble into any look he wants while it’s live and just rise over the closeout. Get him on the perimeter before you trigger it so the whole window counts.
Run him with a Dropping Dimes passer like Tyrese Haliburton or Trae Young — catch the feed, then cash a deep one that was already easier to make, two buffs on one possession. And put a real stopper or a glass-cleaning big next to him so the 2s on the defensive end don’t become the squad’s hole.
