Strengths
- +Long strides and speed for getting downhill
- +Smooth handles to slip past defenders
- +Carries a Going Off Zone ability for scoring runs
Weaknesses
- –Just 2 on the boards — he won't clean the glass
- –3 dunks and 3 power — finishes with craft, not force
This is SGA before the MVP — the 2018-19 Clippers rookie, all length and pace. The card already moves like him: maxed handles, maxed twos, 5 speed on a 6’6“ frame. He gets downhill, changes direction, and finishes inside with craft over force — 3 dunks and 3 power mean he’s slipping past bigs, not going through them. The jumper is already real (4 from three), but the 2 on the boards tells you where he lives: in the lane creating, not crashing the glass. What really sets him apart is the engine room: crowned stamina and crowned aura, gold on both. He never wears down, and that maxed aura charges his own Zone as fast as the meter allows.
In the Zone: Going Off. No specialty — it lifts the whole toolbox. Shots, dunks, handles and passing all spike at once, so during the window there’s no right way to guard him. Sag off and he pulls; crowd him and he drives or dishes. With a crowned aura feeding the meter, he gets to this state often. Read the defense, take what it gives, keep generating looks until it runs out.
Run him with a finisher he can feed and a real shooter to punish the help he draws. His passes and handles set up a downhill big, and that crowned aura means the squad’s Zone fills fast — pair him with someone who can cash the spacing his drives open up.
